I got charged $329.00 to fix a leak in our bathtub. The plumber was friendly, but spent 90 minutes, and when he was done the leak was 10 times worse. These guys are terrible.

Called at night when we found what the problem we had was and were told that someone would give us a call around 7:45 a.m. to let us know when they would be able to be here. Received call within a minute of that time, and was told that someone would be there within the hour. The technician arrived within the time frame that was given. Tech listened to our explanation and investigated the problem, and offered several solutions and the prices for them, He even offered his recommendation on which we should choose based on his experience and did not try to promote the most expensive solution. After we made our choice he said that the work would take him around an hour to do. Tech was finished before the hour was up.

Do not believe any prices quoted over the phone my $255 quote turned into $469. Extra fees were not mentioned in the quote given I was led to believe everything was included. On a positive note the technician did do a good job.
