I let this contractor into my home to repair my furnace. the work was completed, however the next day I noticed several pieces of heirloom jewelry had gone missing, as well as prescription drugs from my bathroom cabinet. I am in chronic pain and need these prescriptions to function normally. I called the police and filed a report, but the officer claimed since I didn't catch him red-handed, there was nothing they could do. Please beware of this unscrupulous company. I was robbed blind by them! Check reviews, and use a reputable service. The "not recommended" reviews on Yelp are not recommended for a reason, it's because they are submitted by employees and the owner of this company.

Ripoff artists. Beware! Use a reputable contractor, not this one! Owner Roger Barber is a known thief with an extensive criminal record!

I called at noon, they were there by 12:30. Didn't have part I needed on truck since it was an older model. He called his supervisor, went and got the part and was done by 2:30.

I called them after my my furnace went out, I had no heat and was freezing. Couldn't believe they got there so quickly. The guy explained everything simply and even cleaned his mess up. Awesome! I will now use them from now on. Also scheduled a air conditioning check for the spring. I'm a coupon freak and found one on there website and had no problems using it. Thanks FSM
