I have a "Cheat Day" once every 3 weeks, I'll come here once every 2-3 months. The staff is courteous respectful, & cool, your food is cooked to order so it may take 10-15 minutes or so, but it's always fresh & hot! Also the cool thing is they put hot or mild sauce on your order (including the meat & fries), or you can have it on the side. I have family from out of town, if me or my Wife isn't cooking, & we want some good fried food, Harold's is where we go!
