The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that it is a ridiculously long wait time to actually get in to see Lauren herself. But you can definitely get in much faster to see her PA, Patty who is excellent and will discuss any questions with the doctor if necessary. I can't fathom Lauren Harting ever saying she doesn't like to speak to patients and I have been seeing for several years! I also recently had a televisit with her and that is a great way to see her if you don't actually need a physical examination. One of the greatest things about her is that she really listens to you and doesn't shut you down when you suggest something or ask about something.

I have called this office a few times in the past two days because my mom has two fractures in her back, first, they would not call back and second they (the staff who answers the phone), said the doctor won't call back because patients take up too much of her time...that is truly the sign of a bad doctor. I am desperately trying to get a referral for my mom and that is the answer I get after 2 days, she wont talk on the phone because patients take up too much of her time. Beware of a doctor that would say something like that....and definitely do not let your elderly mother become a patient of such a doctor. Sad.
