I always go to the Gary office and everybody there is so nice but I had to go to the Merrillville office to pick up my glasses and the lady named Laura she was so rude to the point I couldn't even look at her or acknowledge her when I picked up my glasses. Maybe you guys need to talk to her about customer service. I never will come there again. I had an appointment on Wednesday but I didn't show up because I didn't like the way I was treated I will be going to a different eye doctor place.

as soon as u walk in the front desk girl was so rude barely noticed i was there. when i was called to the back the pretester seemed very angry and was rushing thru everything and didnt have anything nice to say (think she had terits- very strange (sp?). doctors were very knowledgable.
