Provided by YPmobileStop! Whatever you do do not go to this so called Dr. He almost killed me and has permanently crippled me!! I was supposed to be back to work in a couple of months. That was in 1994 I have been on Social Security disability because this guy has no idea what he’s doing. His incompetence robbed me of being a normal husband and father. I am in constant pain and of course this guy could care less!
