I just wanted to thank Amy for spending about 2 hours of your precious time answering my questions on Oak Bridge financials the other day. I have a much better understanding of how things work. Your advise was invaluable and your explanations easy to understand.

I own two condominiums managed by them and have dealt with them for over 25 years. When I purchased my second condominium, I was THRILLED to find out that they were the management company in charge! The "cherry on the sundae" is having Tracey as our D.O. She is ALWAYS efficiently responsive to all issues at hand. She is very hands on and dedicated; with a great personality and management technique. It is my pleasure to write a small note of appreciation and am grateful for them to continue managing my property.

I want to take a moment to personally grade the service which I have received from Harvard Management Solutions in Merrimack, NH. They get an "A+" in my book. In my opinion, they are: efficient, professional, educated, experienced, caring and are always available to handle a situation no matter how large or small.

I wanted to let you all know that we are so pleased with how the transition went on Harvard's end and we are so pleased with Melissa and her team. She really is a "breath of fresh air" for us and we are looking forward to the day when we settle in to a routine and things finally will run smoothly.

I have worked with Tracey of Harvard Management for the past 10 years and would never want this to change. She is amazing in her property knowledge and relationship with the owners. Her ability to juggle many projects and details while ensuring things get done is uncanny. She is available, responsive and has a high sense of urgency. Because of her, I would highly recommend Harvard Management to anyone.

I wanted to thank Amy and Connie for all you do for OakBridge. Between Amy and Connie, I know our association is in great hands. It is refreshing to know Harvard has our best interests at heart, working to make out association a better place to live. We make a great team.

I just wanted to tell you all how happy I am so far with the handling of our invoice and payment processing, collection and posting of funds, and creation of financials that are concise and accurate. It is such a pleasure to receive these statements and not have to constantly request corrections or try to figure out what has been done. Your dealing with all the old information and working to finalize our year and being a new year with figures that make sense has been wonderful. I just wanted you all to know that I think you're doing a wonderful job and wanted to thank you for all your efforts.

I would like to let you know that I had my client working with Scott and Christine, What a wonderful experience we had working with them. We had a situation that needed lots of attention and of course as usual everyone wanted an answer yesterday. Scott and Christine did just that. They were very professional and very prompt. My client was helping her elderly Mom to sell her condo and we had some issues that needed help from Harvard Management and they provided us with all the help and saved the transaction. I can't thank them enough for being so sensitive and very helpful I have been selling real estate for the last 22 years and their company by far is the best in the area. Scott and Christine are wonderful and represent their company very well. Thank you very much and I'm very grateful for all your help.

I have been working with Brooke on several issues/appointments at my condo at Vista Ridge and would like to commend Brooke for her outstanding customer service, she is customer focused and returns calls/emails in a very timely manner. She has always been pleasant when speaking with her. She deserves to be recognized for her professionalism and outstanding customer service. Thanks
