The one star review is inaccurate! In every business there is that rare, unfortunate, situation that arises. I have been a customer for over 12 years and I have been completely satisfied with the customer service, repair expertise and cost.

Beware!! I would think twice about bringing a repair to this jeweler. I brought in a ring for a simple repair and they destroyed the stone. They do not have insurance that covers damage they would do to your jewelry. I had to eat a 5 figure repair. Find a reputable jeweler.
