These guys are the BEST! I've been taking my computers to them for 5-6 years now. Or one of them has come to my home when we couldn't avoid a house call. Bob the owner and Bob the technician really know their stuff. I have always been happy with the results of their work. They are honest and competent and charge very reasonable prices. Some years ago I gave them one of my old computers when I bought a new one to upgrade. They refurbished it and donated it (I think, to a local high school). They are truly among the Good Ones.

I had a Dell E510 desktop fail on me. Looked online and saw that many people had the same issues/symptoms and that it could be a number of things. I typically do my own PC repairs. But I just didn't have the time to diagnose and troubleshoot it. So I decided to bring it to these guys. They found the problem and fixed it in less than one day. Very professional and experienced, unlike some of the "experts" at the geek squad. I would highly recommend them for any PC issues.
