Provided by YPmobileOrdered delivery. Large steak and cheese with mushroom and onion. Added on two canolis. The canolies were old and burnt. Yuck. Not worth the 2.50 a piece price. And the worst part is I found a nasty grimey screw in my sub. No lie, a screw. I called and got my 15 dollars back. Will NEVER be going back.

Provided by YPmobileThe owner of this place hired a friend of mine as a waitress. Paying her cash under the table. But not before he took the taxes that would have been taken out if he was paying her legally and puting it in his own pocket. Avoiding having to match the withholdings as business are required to do. That is her money she would get back at the end of the year when she filed taxes. So this guy not only steals from his employees he also evades taxes. Total loser in my opinion. He will never get a dime of my money. I would rather go hungry than put any money in his pocket.

Provided by YP.comI've been a fan of Basil's for about 13 or 14 years since he was in Satellite Beach and then in Melbourne. My favorite is the Italian sub (order it all-the-way) - it's good cold, but even better hot! Of all of the places to get a sub in the area, Basil's subs are the best - the bread is awesome; he makes it fresh. He uses quality ingredients, and the way he puts it together, it just has an awesome flavor.
I also like the eggplant parmesan. I like it as an entree with spaghetti, but it's good on a sub roll, too. His red sauce is a little sweet, but I like it that way.
Plus he's friendly and always remembers me and my family. He knows that my father-in-law really likes the garlic knots, so one time he just threw in an order of those for him.

Provided by YP.comCrust great, no flavor in the pizza sauce [heard this from a friend also, but had to try ourselves],ordered mushrooms on lg pizza and couldn't find them.Sausage was very light too, pepperoni was okay. Flat taste, needs some spices. Its a shame because best crust around. Cal zone was good, but skimpy on the ricotta and sauce. $27 for lg pizza and cal zone.$1.75 for toppings, so they shouldn't skimp on these. They need to get some mushrooms and USE them. Please fix your pizza sauce and you will do good. Good luck. Stars are for the crust!
