Have three kids and three dogs. Carpets were about 4 years old and in need of cleaning. They arrived on time, did a wonderful job and pricing was very fair. I would highly recommend this as a small local company that will go the extra mile to make sure you are satisfied.

No. John Bauer came and cleaned our carpets, and in the process he ripped a five inch area of our bedroom carpet. When I called to try and resolve the issue, John refused to come out to see the rip, denied having anything to do with the rip, and refused to give even a partial refund. I was nothing but nice to him on the phone, and he still refused to take any kind of responsibility for his poor business practice. His method of operating a business is irresponsible to say the least.

first time trying dry clean cleaning results satisfactory. quick dry quick clean yes I recommend..

CarpetCraft did a great job getting the stains out of my carpet, and I was able to walk on them in just a few hours. They did a fantastic job with my grout also. Highly recommend!

4/24/2014I recently decided to use a different company to clean my carpets. I was tired of having to wait (a day sometimes two) for my carpet to dry & put my furniture back where it belonged. I decided on a new company & a new method (Dry cleaning). I must say I am very pleased with my decision. I'd been told previously, that I had "permanent " stains that could NOT be removed, Well,after the 1st time, I used Carpet Craft, those stains were GONE!!! All of my questions were answered & in a little over an hour my carpet was dry!!! Thank you John & Michelle for doing an excellent job!! P.S. I have already made another appointment to have my tile & grout cleaned!!
