Provided by YP.comNew to the area and went to this vet's office off a recommendation. We were seen by Dr. Ibarra who didn't even shake my hand or make eye contact. I had several questions and concerns and again she didn't make eye contact and didn't answer my questions on weight, overall health, and medication. After leaving with a bill of 189.00 which I would have gladly paid for good service and answered questions I feel extremely let down. Being new to the area I was looking to have a long term vet but this office certainly won't be getting my business and I'd caution new people who want their vet to be kind, caring, and responsive to the owners concerns.
