This was the WORST car buying/attempt at car buying experience I have ever had. When it came down to discuss the numbers they added in an extended warranty and GAP without even asking me and when I showed concern the sales manager said "the finance guy will go over all that with you"

Not kosher..not a good way to conduct business. I asked them to remove the extended warranty and come back with a price. They came back and told me "they called the owner and got me a special deal" and they were really stretching it. Come on folks - I wasn't born yesterday. You called the owner???

Even with all their "extra efforts", the price still wasn't where I needed to be so I asked for a minute to think on it- the finance person, although nice enough, called me babe several times and asked me to make up my mind quickly b/c it was his day off and when he was done with me he "gets to leave." I am a single female and I TRULY felt they were taking advantage of me.
