If you want your shoes destroyed then this is the place to go. I carried two pairs of shoes in to have the heels cut down. Not only were they not ready when promised, but when I went back the second time for pick-up, they still weren't ready. He worked on them while I was there and the work is awful. The end tap is not large enough for the heel, and one pair is the same height they were when I took them there. I don't normally write negative reviews, but I don't want this to happen to anyone else.

do not at any time use this shoe repair. i brought my 200.00 pair of shoes in that were brown and picked them up they were polished black!

I was told by the owner they were polished clear.

I wore the shoes my feet and hands are covered in black polish!

This is an excellent place, and the shoes are repaired in the same location, and they have them ready for the promised day.
