Worst taxi ever!!!!! I was over an hour late for a business meeting! Driver would not pick up phone!

We have used pay what you want for the past two years. At first the service was wonderful... prompt, friendly and efficient; however, approximately 6 months ago started noticing dramatic changes in the company. The would say they had sent taxis, but they did not come. We continued to use because the drivers were always friendly and we had been customers for so long. After numerous times of being unhappy with service, we have decided it had become consistent enough to write a review. We have called 17 times tonight with no reply. We will probably give the service one more chance, only because it was so good for a year and a half. It is sad to see this business go downhill!
