The lady who gave out order 288 you weren't as friendly as Popeye's usually is we have Excellent customer service but I was asking for ranch and honey and she acted like I was bothering her I am almost to the point I won't come back I've been in FLA for 26 almost 27 years now and this is the 1st complaint to Popeye's.....I love the chicken and red beans are always on Point.....so while I love the chicken and the food the Customer service is the problem I have.... I'm very disappointed! 😿

Popeyes offered a two piece chicken with biscuit snack with receipt and when you took their survey on-line {within 2 days after purchase}. I filled out the survey the day after I bought a 3 piece dinner but did bot get a confirmation number as promised {needed to get free chicken}. I wrote corporate offices and posted on their Facebook page. No reply. All I can assume it is a SCAM!!! Wont buy there again.
