This doctor's office is HORRIBLE!!! As an RN for 15 years I know all the excuses. The dr is late, he's still in surgery, we lost your chart, the equipment isn't working or working properly, and maybe a patient just needs a little extra TLC. After being the 1st appt (8am) and watching THREE people go in ahead of us, that came in AFTER us, they FINALLY said the X-ray machine was down. This is AFTER I wanted our paperwork back. You couldn't tell us that? You couldn't put us in a room? 40 mins later we left with NOTHING DONE and a really bad experience.
