Bring me the money !!!!!

Make sure you take LOTS of money .. That's what they want to talk about first. And what is " enhanced " treatment that cost 1,000. More ?
Never heard of such a thing . We'll take care of your pet better for a thousand more ? That's just awful .
What is a treatment package ? For the same accident ??
At different prices ? WTH ..

Thank You, 1st Emergency Pet care!

This place saved my cats life, but not only that, they were so very kind, warm and empathetic towards me, as I was in tears continually, for the 3 days they had my baby. He was in excellent care and even one day when I came to visit my him, I saw one of the techs (before she could see me or even know who I was for that matter) gently rubbing my cats ears an giving him little kisses on the head as I was walking back there. So not only are they a superior medical staff, they have big hearts and share their love with our little critters when we can't be there to do it. I must add that the diagnosis was kind of a tricky one to pinpoint, but they got it right and my elderly cat came out of surgery just fine and had no problems with infection or recovery.

Sick dog and no money

I called at 3am with a dog who has severe diarrhea. I did not have the funds to pay for an emergency visit but the gentleman that answered the phone helped me out immensly. Thank you for your kindness. I will recommend to all who need immediate help.

wish you would franchise your emergency vet. hospitals

I live in the north part of miami-dade county, near aventura, florida, a wealthy area, we are horriblely lacking a vet. hospital such as yours - wish you would consider it. I travel with my great danes, beligan malinois 50 miles round trip to see my vet, and i lost my one dane to bloat in jan. of 2009.

I would never recommed!!!!

My dog had a three inch gash/cut and I did not have enough time to get her to the vet before they closed. They recommended this hole in the wall place, and we went because I wanted to trust the vets recommendation. Anyway, the place was dirty, and the staff seemed like they were not interested in being there. We arrived at 7:15 and saw the doctor at 9:45. Meanwhile, four other dogs who got there after us were taken to a room. The one I understood, it had gotten a hold of a poison frog/toad. The doctor then told us we would have to wait at least an hour before he could even get her stitches, at minimum. Not really what I wanted to her, but ok. Then the tech came in with the estimite of what it would cost $500. I decided to wait until the next day and take her to the vet. I had cleaned it well and bandaged it and she wasn't bothered by it. But, ofcouse before I left, I had to pay $110 to sit and wait for 2 1/2 hrs to see the doctor, who we saw for all of 3-4 minutes. Never again..No Stars

My Baby depended on them

Its bad enough when you are scared for your pet and to walk into a place where you dont feel comfortable let alone depend on them to take care of them. This place was the best from the moment I walked in.Within in a few minutes the Vet came out to tell us our baby was going to be okay.......They went above and beyond to make sure she was going to be okay.Even the next shift of Vets and assistance were really concerned and caring.......I recommend this place to everyone.....Hope i dont have to use them again but if I have to this is the place for us.....
