This company is fraudulent. I am in the process of suing them. I was a perfect tenant for three years. When I moved out they didn't give me my $1200 dollar deposit back. Also, was very very slow at responding to my very infrequent requests, and one time they sent a man who was clearly on some sort of a drug and I had to ask him to leave. Put my family in danger!
