I just tried to use a gift certificate at this location and I was refused service because they switched owners. They are the same salon Lucky Nails and I should legally be able to use my gift receipt. Now my mom who got me the gift is going to have to file a claim with her bank to get the money back. This is ridiculous and illegal never go here.

Don't ever go to this salon. Bad Manicure. When regulars said they were coming in they did a rush job.I did an overlay on Friday and had to go back on Tuesday (closed on Monday's) to get corrected. the acrylic was already lifting off my natural nails and dirt and everything else could get between the acrylic and my fingernails. the sides of my nails were not done properly either. went back and the man acted like he could not understand what the problem was. he just shaved down my nails and put new paint on them. so not happy with this salon. they don't even deserve a star.

As a first time customer who has never had acrylics done before I am disgusted at the job I just had done. I have done my daughters nails better then I the job I just had done. I have bubbles everywhere, glopped acrylic under my nails and now have to go get my own nail dremel to repair. Was only on in establishment at first but as soon as two of their apparent regulars came is, I turned into a rush job. Total dissapointment! Don't get the good reviews.

I have been going to Lucky Nails for 5 years and have never had a bad experience. The staff has always been courteous and very accommodating to my needs. I have had great fills, manicures and pedicures. Also, the salon is very clean which is important to me! I bring my two daughters as well and we always have very good results. I would highly recommend this salon.
