I joined with About Face Communications last year and have really enjoyed partnering with them. Charlotte is the owner and has emailed me to keep me in the loop with new changes, client spotlights, SOW renewals, and ALWAYS PAYS ON TIME. She is pretty cool to work with. I read reviews for some other companies like hers but they all had issues so when I found Charlotte and met with her in an info session, I just knew she was the one I wanted to partner with.

Working from home is not as easy as it sounds but Charlotte makes sure you are prepared and well informed from the very beginning. She makes sure you know what to expect from her, the clients, and what she expects from you as an independent contractor.

WOW is all I can say about Charlotte and her company. I was lost before I signed up for one of her info sessions about how to get started working from home. She helped me become an independent contractor, educated me on what I needed to be successful, shared resources with me I didn't even know existed and helped me pick out the clients I am now working with.

Charlotte is amazing! She has been so kind and professional even when I had to reschedule a few sessions because of my kids. She was so understanding and considerate of MY NEEDS!!! This is so rare in the work from home world. I can not rave about her enough.
