I have been with Mike's office for 17 years. I contacted Susan after receiving my renewal notice to make changes could be made to our policy. Boy was I surprised to discover how much she was able to save us! No one, could touch our new policy. None, including Geico, Farmer's, State Farm, or Liberty Mutual, to name a few, could match her in professionalism, curtesy, and expediency to provide us with the best possible policy for our needs.
