moved in after 3 & 1/2 weeks of chasing down the "manager" who turned out to have zero experience, was throwing away applications or "filing" them. Upon move in, previous mgr returns, gives me keys to "move in ready" apt - guess in June I don't need AC or a Stove? After looking at available units, pick best of the worst. Did over a week of repairs MYSELF and was another month before maintenance ever showed up to do anything. The actual owners do not care about the property, residents or staff! Staff has hands tied, they aren't permitted to approve anything without 1st getting it ok'd by "corporate" which is just the leasing office of another property. Manager told to close the pool down because was green since resident being reimbursed for groundskeeping hadn't worked in days. 3 & 1/2 weeks of no pool in middle of summer - asked for rent reduction for loss of use of amenities which price included in rent - denied. Said the county shut down the pool - WRONG! I went to City and County and Health Depts to make sure one of them had or hadn't closed it, I got hung up on and that was the end of it. Don't bother moving here - just a dump that sadly could be so much more. You're never going to be able to sleep or spend anytime in your bedroom if not in a studio - AC works well, for the living room and no other units permitted. Just go elsewhere!
