I don't know if anybody actually reads these things...just wanted to comment on my recent experience at Arby's. The people who assisted me were Renee, Melissa and Robyn. I have never felt so welcome at a fast food restaurant. They were very attentive and friendly...everybody was greeted immediately. It was pretty crowded and they handled everything with a smile...very pleasant experience.
