To say I was not pleased is an understatement. I have never been treated worse by a company and the owner of that company. The job was very sloppy with no attempt to clean up after themselves. There was glass all over the window seal and floor of my bedroom. Along with the glass there was silicone/glue running down the sides of the recently installed window. I was quoted a price of $107 for a 34inchx44inch window. It ended up that only an 11inchx11inch square needed replacing so I called for a second quote. I was told that it would be $35 and was very surprised. The price seemed low so I asked several times if it was correct. When it came time to pay for the work that was done I was charged $95. After talking to the driver for five minutes I realized I was getting nowhere so I drove to the establishment to speak with the man I had gotten the quote from. I was very polite walking in and tried to explain the situation. The owner answered the phone twice during our conversation and then walked out of the room. I was told that I must have called the wrong number so I pulled out my phone and showed them the number I had called and it was indeed there number. Bob told me that it is an $80 service fee and $3 for the glass but was confused when I pointed out that that was $12 less than what I was charged. After they realized they were contradicting themselves Bob and Ernesto started to yell at me and stopped listening to anything I was saying. I ended up having to call my dad because they would not stop yelling at me. I will NEVER return to this establishment. Nobody should ever be treated the way they treated me. I have no clue how they are still in business if they treat there customers like this. For them to both move closer to me and yell in my face is in no way okay for any business to behave. Don't let there friendly voices on the phone fool you!

I wanted to thank you guys for putting in the shower door for me. It looks great, and my wife really loves it. I will recommend you to everyone.
