We used the Pet Resort for our two cats when we took a trip recently. They had suites available that are just perfect. Four levels with a TV and windows to view the check-in desk. The cats were very glad to see us on return and very calm and comfortable. Easy check in/check out with very pleasant people that obviously love animals. Bark Avenue offers all types of accommodations but the cats love the suites. Great place to leave your 'babies' without worrying about their care.

My dog just loves coming here,I never have to wonder if she is doing ok .My only problem is,she never wants to leave when its time to come home.She loves her pool time and play times.We have tried other places,but she was not happy at them and would be hurt or sad when I picked her up.I have never had a problem with her like that here at Bark Avenue.Truly they are TOP OF THE LINE in dog care

Hi, In fairness, i do not have a negative review for services. However, i have not been able to access the website to gain some info. I realize they are now closed, no problem, but i am trying to figure some things out for a last minute trip & not only has their website been down since last night, but i cannot even send an email. That is down also.

While waiting to tour this kennel, my wife and I noticed that just about every dog that came in, was happy to be there and were greeted like old friends. What also struck our eyes, were that the dogs leaving, for the most part, wanted to get pets and treats from the office people before leaving. We have not used them yet, but if our dogs love these people as much as the ones we saw, this can only be a wonderful place.

I have been taking my dog to Bark Avenue for at least 5 years now. They have a fabulous, friendly staff, competitive rates and plenty of options for your pet's stay. My dog enjoys his personal pet and plays, nighthly treats and especially his personal dog suite with tv. I have never had any problems with my pet's stay. They always my pet's stay easy and stress free. This is one fabulous pet resort.

Hello Elizabeth, Marsha and Nancy and the rest of the gang!!! Titus and I just wanted to share how appeciative we are to you for your outstanding customer service!!! Titus is doing great, thanks to Marsha's expertise! I wanted to share pics of Lucy that were taken on 10/20/09. I was truly amazed with her, especially seeing her turn red when she blushes, God's creatures are amazing. Here's a pic of Titus that I have been promising. A good Kennel to take your Animal.###I have a blind dog and i have been going ther for about year and a half. I never had a problem with them.###And ther staff is friendly and thay know ther job my dog comes back with a good attiude.###Sume Kennels my dog would come backe Scared but not at Bark Avenue
