I called and made an appointment 2 months ahead of time. No one showed up and no one called to say they were not coming. Wait all day to have my washer repaired, it is still broken.

Was able to come same day, within a few hours of my call. Very nice and professional. Had the needed parts in hand so the repair was quick. Would use again or recommend to others.

Set up appointment between 6-7pm. They called at 7:10pm and said they were running late, and would be here in an hour. At 10:00pm, they called and said last job took longer than expected. Wanted to know if I still wanted them to come. We rescheduled for 6pm the next night. Never showed. At 7:30pm I got a voice mail saying they forgot to put my appointment on their schedule and could be at my house at 8-8:30pm. I didn't reply. I didn't feel like having another night wasted. Very disappointing.

I would highly recommend Bishop and Son Home Appliance Repair. I just moved to AZ from another state, and needed my dryer cord changed to fit the new house. They came out the same day I called, the repairman was friendly and courteous, and Bishop and Son, they didn't charge an arm and a leg. I would recommend calling them for any home appliance repair.

Rick, you always have something back to say when you recieve a negative comment. Funny how there is always some sort of justification for your bad service. Now, you may be good at getting a garbage disposal to work, or even a fridge, but for future reference, dont tell a customer you know how, when you dont. You took my money, cashed it, and time after time made excuses on why you would not be able to complete the job. I'm still waiting. You are more then welcome to come back and honor the warranty YOU GAVE ME when I paid you ALL THE MONEY. That's too bad you use good people. I will continue to provide perspective customers of yours my honest to God opinion of your faulty business- until you come back and honor your warranty. I'm sure you will put some radical excuse for your demeanor, but no one else was there but us.I know what it wasI seen you raise your voice, act unprofessional and throw a tantrum.Please call me when your ready to complete what you started.PS, I'm not competition.

I have known Rick and his sons Kyle and Chris for over ten years.I have found Rick to be a very honest and straight forward.He is very knowledgeable and conscientious in his business.He takes great pride in knowing he has done a great job and treated the customer fairly.i would highly recommend him for your home appliance repairs.

I know some of you feel you have thE utmost trust in this company but let me say that this guy is a complete rip off artist. I know someone who use to work with him and he will charge you for parts and labor that you don't need. Further more, he never should be working on compressors or any type refrigerant machines because he doesn't have the EPA certification needed for this. He is probably wanted by the law in some states which is why he has two different company names he goes by. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY OR YOU WILL REGRET EVERY MOMENT

I called Bishop and Son on a Saturday after my three year old GE refrigerator was intermittently having cooling problems. Rick answered the phone and after describing the symptoms, he diagnosed the problem over the phone. Rick was at my house within two hours with the suspected bad part. What impressed me was that Rick didn’t just install the part and leave but thoroughly inspected my refrigerator to make sure he diagnosed the real problem. He followed up the next day with a phone call to make sure I was happy and that the problems had not shown up again (of which they hadn’t). Rick is a true professional and knows appliances. His labor charges are more than reasonable and he charged me only his cost for the parts. Bishop and Son’s comes Highly Recommended!

Anyone who values sincere, honest to goodness customer service... I can guarantee that is what you'll get with Rick and Son. They really do go that extra mile. The first time I called on Rick I was in a real time crunch and he made time for me that same day for which I was expecting to pay dearly, but that was not the case at all. Rick is a man with a heart for people, and a talent for his work.

Rick came out to fix my oven. His response time was unbelievable I called him on Saturday morning and by Saturday afternoon my oven was fixed and working. The price for a Satruday service call and repair was very fair. Rick took the time to explain the problem and what was necessary to fix it. I would strongly recommend him to anyone.

The hot water wasn't working on our washing machine. Rick cleaned the water inlet filter and replaced the valves and we now have hot water again. Rick is multi-talented and also assisted us on our house renovation in the Spring/Summer of 2009. He hung several new pre-hung doors inside our home as well as relocating and installing new front entry doors. He did some electrical wiring in the home, as well as assisting in tearing out dropped ceilings, raising ceiling beams, hanging sheet rock, installing fiberglass insulation, and general carpentry work. He is dependable, and we were very happy with his work.

My name is Brian and I've never had a more pleasing experience when it comes to home repairs,namely my stove.Rick not only did an excellent job repairing the stove,but he did it at an extremely reasonable price.He kept in constant contact with me regarding hard to find parts but was punctual,and very polite.Great job Rick, and I'm recommending you to all my friends and contacts which include many commercial contacts.I've never had a company treat me as well as you did!

I highly recommend Rick Bishop for any home appliance repair. Rick did an outstanding job repairing our GE Profile refrigerator and saved us money. We had a bad experience with a GE repairman before we called Rick. Rick drove across town later in the day and looked over the entire refrigerator and found the problem. It turned out that the GE guy was wrong and was going to charge us $420 to replace a motherboard that was not the problem. Rick found the real problem, drove back across town to pick up the right parts, and returned the same day to finish the repair.Rick is a nice, honest person who worked dilegently to find the correct problem with our refrigerator. He is genuine and sincere in wanting to help his customers. Do youself a favor and call Rick if you need an appliance repair.

Rick was extremely conscientious and careful when diagnosing and replacing our garbage disposal. He is very professional and does very good work. I would reommend him.

Rick did a great job repairing our refrigerator. It had a strange odor emanating from inside, and he spent over two hours working with me to clean and deodorize the unit. He cleaned the coils and made sure everything was functioning correctly before he left. He was very fair in terms of pricing and was extremely professional in all aspects of his work. On top of all of that, he's a nice guy! =-)I would recommend him without reservation for any necessary appliance repairs or servicing.
