These guys are the worst, we had a little water leak. This company has a con artist operation going with a water removal service called Dry Force. They took every out of father's computer room, he ask them to not take down the books on the shelf, they ignore and did it anyway. Its been 6 weeks of hell. My father called them 5 times and no one return his call. They took out the cabinet under the in the bathroom, comp room and bathroom share a common wall. They took up the flooring in both rooms. Me i have to shower with a no sink or cabnits and lets not forget the concrete floor. We have to live in only 2 rooms, they rest of the house, has all the stuff they removed, when all of it didnt need to. The adjuster turn them down abt the 2000.00 for the cabinet that didnt need to be removed. Due to them padding the insurance estimate. So instead of being a professional, do the job right, service the customer, then get paid on the back in. OOOHHHH NNNOOO, I will never recommend to anyone abt these rip off artist's. In fact I am going to file a BBB complaint, contact the Contractors board. They treat customers like crap, and extremely poor. If you want to have a honest , and a company with integrity, dont call them. and dont be conned abt Dry force either. There is just nothing I can say positive abt this nightmare.

I don't understand the bad reviews. I recently hired them to redo my kitchen - new cabinets, countertops, lighting, etc. They did a wonderful job. They provided me with written estimates before the job was done and that was exactly what I was charged. No hidden fees or surprises. The crews showed up when I was told they would, were polite and clean and very respectful of my home. I recommend them highly.

They instantly claimed my entire bathroom needed ripped out and replaced after a water leak, but didn't even have the decency to get back with their estimate of the scope of work, then said they were too busy and my job was too small. So glad I had other opinions that didn't involve trashing the entire room!
