Provided by YP.comCartridge World refused to replace my defective ink cartridge that I tried to exchange. I brought it back within a week of purchase. They will not replace a cartidge if you have used a certain percentage of the ink. It does not state that in the warranty.
I would not recommend this Cartridge World because of their return policy.
