I like Cathy's accessories, they have some cool stuff hard to find in other place. And the price are pretty good. And the stuff, especially the shoes, keeps pace with the trend pretty well.

nice place to shopping with. Like the shoes and those guys are helpful. So exited that I find shoes I really need for prom.

NEVER Shop at Cathy's Accessories. Their return policy is horrible and their products are of poor quality. I purchased a pair of black platform flip flops by Soda on July 2nd, and by the 12th the strap broke. So I took them back, thinking it was a manufacturer's defect and got another pair. Today, that pair broke as well, so I took them back to the store and asked for my money back.



According to the Store Manager, it is against store policy to give money back. The only option I had was an exchange or in-store credit, and she really wasn't supposed to exchange them because it was longer than 15 DAYS so she was 'doing me a favor'. So, I got a different pair of shoes, hoping that they will not also break, but if they do, the Store Manager told me that I am basically screwed, because they will NOT allow me to exchange them again.



My dad went to Regis hair salon (in the mall) to ask for the Mall Customer Service number to complain (because the store is local, and there is NO way to contact 'higher management' or the owner of Cathy's Accessories) and one of the workers in the hair salon mentioned she purchased a purse from Cathy's Accessories for her mom, and the strap broke on the purse!



This store has HORRIFIC, AWFUL, DOWN RIGHT RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE! DO NOT SHOP HERE! BUYER BEWARE! RUN, DO NOT WALK, FROM THIS STORE! SHOP AT YOUR OWN RISK!
