Saturday 10/16/21 my family and I came to have dinner as we had to wait to be seated i went to the men's bathroom when leaving bathroom the door slammed my hand smashed my finger. the door has nothing to slow down the closing of it. I went to the hostess station and asked for a manager {Zach}he came and felled out paper work for the accident. After eating dinner I went to urgent care and i had a smashed finger and broken finger. they had to put a hole in my nail to get blood out of under my fingertip. I have a Dr . report and pictures of my hand. I hope they send there maintenance man to fix that door before someone else gets hurt a small child
Food was good not as hot as it should be it took about a hour to get our food . I know everyone is short on help and they did the best they could. server was very nice.11/11/21--I went to my Dr and I have to were the splint for 4 more weeks on my finger. My finger is num on the end and still tingles. My job has to have someone come in on the days I work to setup breakfast that I use to do and is costing him because I can't left or get it wet. I think your company should give me some kind of compensation for what happened at your restaurant. It's very said that your company is ignoring me . it turned out worse than I thought for my finger and your company is not doing anything about it and I lost money at work and supplies to keep it wrapped and pain in my finger.,
