Provided by YP.comThis is a great business. The owners/management care about every client like part of their family. They go above and beyond to help their clients. I'm not sure the circumstances of the previous reviewers experience, but I disagree with his review. I'm not sure what level of "professionalism" he expected, but in a center that takes care of 20-30 special needs children at one time, you are highly unlikely to walk in and find everything in perfect order and calm all the time. As the parent of a special needs child, I can testify that life for us, in general, is often chaotic.. We make the best of the situation at hand. On that same note, one of the things that settled our decision to choose Circles of Hope over the many, many other facilities I investigated was the fact that they are a bit laid-back and easy going, while still maintaining a structured, educational, fun environment. Those factors have a profoundly positive affect on the kids. They plan fun activities every day during the summer program, so that the kids aren't just copped up indoors all day. Clients & their families are not treated like clients at a doctors office (my family has experienced this with other companies)... at Circles they are treated like part of a family. The staff at Circles of Hope has always been great with my child, as they are with all the other children in their care. The providers are young, spry and enthusiastic, and all have plans to go into therapy, nursing or a related field of study. The management has many years of experience working with special needs children, and they really know what they are doing. My child is my world, I am very protective, and I would and do highly recommend these people to anyone in search of a summer or after-school program for your special needs child. Thank you.

Provided by YP.comI would not recommend sending your children/family members/loved ones here! The management is creepy and unprofessional. They have been investigated several times for abuse and neglect of their cliants, they also treat their staff horribly and on several occations not even paid them.
