I have been a loyal repeat customer with this company since around two months after it was established. I've paid more than I had to, not asked for my discount multiple times, made good on my word every time, gone above and beyond even though I'M the customer, and have gone out of my way to recommend you to everyone I've met and know. I am no longer a costumer because of the dispatcher Dawn. She treated me beyond rudely and lied to me after accusing me of being deceitful. There is nothing more deceitful than both dispatchers AND the cabby agreeing beforehand after getting detailed information about what was requested and getting a $50 tip and then calling the customer bad for business and claiming that nothing was known previously.
