You would think this hotel would be better but it wasn't. I have a family of 5 so I paid for 2 suites that open onto each other. My children had a bathroom shower that drained slowly. When the staff were told about this and that a bottle of drain-o would fix it they brought a plunger. When that obviously didn't work they offered to move us from a 1st floor 2 suites to a 2nd floor one suite. They don't provide any type of breakfast and for the price cereal should have been included. When were were leaving I needed to look up something since I had forgotten my laptop at home. When I went in the lobby the next morning and asked where their computer was they looked at me like I shouldn't have been there. I was in a t-shirt and jeans. I had to inform them that we were guests and that I had booked 2 suites. When I finally got cooperation I hear the 2 clerks laugh about my apparel and that I looked like a bum. There wasn't anything wrong with my apparel it just wasn't a shirt and tie like most people there. We won't stay again but as long as you look like you spent over 300 dollars on your clothes you would be fine in going. Oh, don't bother with the pool and hot tub though. There were almost no chemicals in them and it did concern us since we had our children with us.
