They forgot to give me my custard. I called to let them know and the manager refused to give me her name. I asked her for her bosses name, she said she wouldn't give it to me. I asked for corporate number she said she didn't have it. Turns out her name was Paula but the whole runaround with not wanting to give names/numbers made a simple mistake a big headache for me.

I came here to try out Culver's for the first time & the cashier didn't even get my order right. I ordered & paid $11.22 for a prime rib sandwich & they gave me a Ruben sandwhich & I HATE Ruben sandwhiches. I paid good money & got something I hate. First impression makes me think twice about returning there. Employees have to KNOW WHAT THE RE DONING!! Very unhappy.
