They replaced and painted the fenders, hood and front facia of my Wife's 2007 Honda after an accident in 2008. Recently we noticed the paint on the hood and facia were badly fadded and had 1000's of stone chips everywhere. The fenders did not show any of these signs. I called to see what their warranty was on paint and was told by whoever answered the phone that they warranteed the paint for as long as you owned the car (I recorded the phone conversation). I told her my issues, she turned me over to Charles and he told me he might not be able to help me but to bring the car by for him to look at it. Sure enough When I took it by the shop after inspecting it I was told he had no idea as to why the paint on the hood and facia looked faded and modeled but the 1000's of stone chips were normal and that he would not stand behind the paint and that I was never told they warranteed the paint for as long as I owned the car. I was also told that he had no idea as to why the paint on the fenders (The ones he painted) looked just as good as the rest of the car. With out saying it, he did insinuate that maybe something else had happened to the hood and facia. I wouldn't recommend this shop but do recommend Impact Auto Body on McKellips Rd. just west of Higley. Best work I've seen and they stand behind everything they do.
