I know from our own family business that it is easier to schedule with a window of time for appointments. I was in a difficult position because my daughter just had knee surgery, I needed to get back to my office and you were able to work out a time that was convenient with me. Your technician was prompt and courteous and got the job done for me without any issues. I know it is common to call or write with complaints and thought it would be nice to write with a positive compliment. I appreciate the honesty in repair work and the ease of setting up my appointment. I will continue to recommend you and I am glad I made the Precision Decision.

I used this company to install a trane air conditioning unit in my rental home about 3 years ago. I called to schedule someone to come out to take a look at it, because it quit working. I called to find out about my warranty. As soon as I asked about the warranty, I was treated with very little respect. The girl on the phone talked to me with such attitude and disrespect, I tried getting them to work with me on the time to shedule to send a technician out, and they would not work with me at all. I ended up going with another company,even though I had a warranty with them, because of their horrible custmer service. I would never recommend them to anyone.
