Day and Nightmare Hair Designs?

The owner of this very small shop charges more than other salons in this neighborhood. Some of the coloring products used are not the best quality. The client is turned away from the mirror during the styling. This stylist seems to think she has the right to make a unilateral decision to alter a client's hairstyle without consultation. This is unfair to someone who has a specific hairstyle that they wish to maintain. Let's face it-- if your hair is cut too short you are messed up for months! You have to be able to trust your hairdresser! The client should always be asked regarding any styling changes and be given the right to decline any services that are not desired. Isn't client satisfaction what this business is all about?
