I was pleased overall with their process after everything was explained in detail. A few other companies I spoke with seemed to give me the quick short versions of what they do and then tried to get me to sign with them right away before addressing all my questions. These guys took their time and didn't pressure me at all and went the extra mile to make sure I knew exactly how the program worked.

they took care of my debts fairly quickly. more importantly, they got my monthly payments down by a few hundred dollars which has more than helped out. great service for sure.

I was able to get enrolled and everything signed up and done the very same day I called in. They made sure I was clear on understanding every single detail of the program. Hardly any paper work and it was very fast and efficient which was great because I hardly have any free time as it is. Overall, great service and experience.

My bills ran up pretty quick after my house payment jumped up. I was forced to use my credit cards to pay for my bills. After my interest rates went up and limits went down for no apparent reason, those became un-manageable as well. Thanks Debt Agency and my personal agent for helping us when we needed the most. After checking out a few companies prior to them, I realized how much time was wasted had I found them first. My agent was courteous, patient and above everything else, there were no surprises. The other companies I had spoke with had left things out or didn't explain them correctly. When I recieved my final contract to look over with the Debt Agency, there was not one thing we didn't previously go over. That was a great surprise in itself. Thanks again for helping me turn me life around. The past two years were very tough for me and my family. My wife was layed off, and I had hours cut. I had to use my credit cards to get by.
