Claimed to not have medical records sent by my doctor. Then claimed to call my doctor to fax information over and my doctors office was not answering...humm I could reach them on my phone. Then only gave wife a 7 day priscription for a ..anti-inflamatory...not pain med or anything like that, Then said we need to come back in a week so they can bill us for the extra visit and our insurance company too. I was not sure so I went to my doctors office and explained to them ..who yes do keep docomentation on the fax they did send them and yea they never tried to call the office for records.I was flat lied to and that rates very low in my book and overshadows any thing the doctor could do.
BTW I told them we were both disabled and on a limited income and people like that just dont understand us poor people.

I have used DPI since 2007. They have helped me deal with a lot of physical pain through the years, always with patience, empathy and professionalism. I can'tell imagine what I would do without them!

DPI is the best place I could have gone to thanks to my doc referal. Dr. H is the bomb and the staff are too. I have had several procedures done there and when some didn't work they tried other things for me! I am very pleased with everyone at DPI and my husband is very greatful!
