Sad sad community . This place charges $200+ a month for HOA fees and has Nothing to show for the money they take in . Cats run wild and urinate freely on your cars , front doors and back patios . Multiple calls and emails to Heywood Reality ( property management company ) and no response and no one cares . All the neighbors put out food and water for wild cats and when I remove it , they vandalize my vehicle ( we are currently gathering video evidence ) . This place is really ghetto . It's quite for the most part but the people that live here are adequate for the area . DO NOT BUY OR RENT HERE

I'm the idiot here. I took this apartment back in Aug 2013 on a short notice move from California. I needed a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom and a friend sent me pictures of this place that I liked and I was desperate so I took the place, sight unseen. Upon getting to Phoenix, I went straight to the leasing office and picked up the keys. This place is a DISASTER! The carpets weren't clean and were gross, every appliance in here is at LEAST 10 years old, the stackable washer/dryer just broke tonight (prompting this review), there was just a huge flood in my guest bathroom that started under the sink, the boards on the bottom of the walls are all coming up, the air conditioning in the summer upstairs is a JOKE! It LITERALLY got to 102 degrees in here one day upstairs and all the management told me to do was "get more fans" and admitted upstairs has always been a problem for tenants. Apparently, the pools are ALWAYS closed due to vandalism; I've yet to ever see one of the two open, and the dishwasher only works about half the time. I'm in the process of breaking this lease right now... I HAVE to get the hell outta here. For $808/month, I could have done SOOOO much better and so can you. I'm pretty sure that for the price, this is the absolute WORST place in Mesa. I HAAAATTTTTEEEE it here! It's like a bad spouse that you HATE coming home to everyday.
