ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!!! The front desk is A BIG PROBLEM!!! They advised me that METAL STAPLES would NOT need to be removed after my dogs gastroplexy & spay!!! Thank heavens I was persistent enough to argue with this IDIOTIC suggestion! We requested they prescribe antibiotic as part of a preventative measure and were REFUSED. Now the dog has an infection as well as a UTI!

Followed up with "Condescending Camille" the office Manager who now refuses future service and told us to take the dog elsewhere. WILL BE FILING FORMAL COMPLAINT WITH BOARD.

Last Halloween we had to rush our senior dog to DRAH for a blockage in her stomach. They got us in right away, resolved the issue and worked with us on the total cost; they also permitted monthly payments for my family's need. The doctor even stayed on Halloween night to perform surgery, despite having a young child experiencing a first Halloween. We are still so grateful. By January of this year we had to return because our senior had unrelated issues that forced us to say goodbye to her. She lived a happy 14 years. Staff on duty were tremendous. They assisted with verifying our worst fears, in a way that allowed us to take our girl home with meds while we found hospice. They were so understanding, making this last visit with our girl as painless as possible (affordable pain meds and waiving some fees). They even called afterward, and sent us a sympathy card. We are still making payments on that Halloween surgery, but Dobson Ranch Animal Hospital took as much of the sting out of the process that they possibly could. They remained compassionate and kind, which made every difference to us during a tragically difficult time. Hands down, the best clinic around.

Finally had to bite the bullet and get my pups leg looked at for some limping she had been doing. I ended up seeing dr. John graham was my veterinarian. We ended up taking x rays with a tranquilizer for a better exam of the leg and finally found her problem. We discussed surgery but I didn't feel pressure and am just managing her pain for now but feel comfortable Dobson ranch with my little girl when she needs something more. I'm so glad I found this place. Great vets, fair prices, helpful staff. Highly recommended.

The staff was amazing they treated my pets like they where there own. I will always go here. Unfortunately we had to see dr. Heffelman he talked down to me and made me fell inadequate, if you can request to see another doctor. Dr. Barnard is great, or dr. Kender. What will always keep me going there is the amazing staff. I am now a life long Dobson ranch client.

I had a 6 year old lab mix who got very sick so I took him to Dobson Ranch Animal hospital and after about $600 for a diagnoses they said it would be another $1400 to try to fix him up. They also said he would only have about a 50% chance of pulling through. We did'nt have that kind of money so we had no choice but to put him to sleep. And that was'nt cheap either.



6 months have passed and we have 3 new male dogs who need neutering. We found out about a voucher program through Maricopa County so we received our vouchers and a list of participating vet services and they were on the list

so I called them and they wanted $60 each for pain medication(mandatory).



Long story short, I called another listed vet and the pain med was optional and was only $25 each.



Our pets mean the world to us and we should'nt be taken advantage of when these situations arise.



Dobson Ranch Animal Hospital is just in it for the $$$$$

I have been taking all three of my dogs there for years and I love them!
