Trainer is not very active during boot camp, mostly looking at phone. Paid $125 for a challenge that was supposed to have prizes and $75 refundable after completion. No prizes were ever awarded so I asked for my money back. After two months of no response, I wrote a negative review. Only then did I hear back, receiving a threat of a libel lawsuit and demanding I remove my review to get my money back. Everyone in the challenge deserves a full refund because we all gave $125 and got nothing in return. I refuse to remove my negative review because of threats like this.
