If I could choose zero, I would. This office cares very little about patient care & very much about making money. I rec'd a cortisone shot which was effective. I was asked to return for a follow-up that was completely useless & lasted 45 seconds (how are you & let's set you up for physical therapy at my other office). That was to charge another $120 which was billed to my insurance. I ended up paying $360 for the injection myself but they attempted to bill my insurance over 1K. I also called to inquire about what seemed to be double charges -both to the Mesa office & the LA billing office + wrote a letter with my partial payment...all met with no reply. It is clear why our medical system is such a mess.
