I am from Illinois and here for the winter. My computer stopped working and I took it into the Family Computer Center to get it fixed. Well, it was beyond repair, so I bought a new one from them. I always like to support small businesses as I know I will get quality service with my purchase. That is exactly what happened. They took all the time I needed to learn the new computer, installed all of my programs and made sure everything was working correctly before I left the store. They also told me to call them anytime if I had questions and they would help me. I believe I got the best service possible. All the staff were extremely friendly and made me feel very welcome and comfortable. I am so glad I chose Family Computer Center as I know I will have a computer store in Mesa if I need any help or need to purchase any new products. Thanks for your help Dave and Scott!

As a business owner, I first did business with Family Computer Center about 7 years ago. Their work was outstanding then, and it has been ever since. We've purchased several custom built computers from Chuck's store. I wouldn't buy or take my computers for repair anywhere else.
