My salesman Gary Butler did an excellent job of working with me on my new 2017 MKX lease.

I have always purchased cars with a bit of hesitation (as I don't know all that much about them...except how to drive!), but I have to say that this was by far the most enjoyable and relaxing purchase I've ever made.

I had a Great and Fast experience with Fiesta Lincoln. I would refer this dealership to anyone looking for AN EXCELLENT LINCOLN.

went to this dealership based on decent reviews as far as dealerships go. Unfortunately, I have not received a very high level of customer service. Definitely not what one would expect when purchasing a "certified" pre-owned luxury vehicle. When I got the vehicle I was promised it would be re-deatiled because it was very poorly done the first time... Dried food on console, some greasy smudges all over the panoramic moon roof, etc.

Within 6 days of purchasing my MKX I nearly rear-ended another vehicle on my way to the dealership because my brakes didn't feel right. The car in front of me slammed on their brakes, I normally would've had plenty of room to brake, but my brakes were not working. I was standing up on them trying to get it to stop. The service advisor was shocked at how bad they were. I was given a loaner and told they would detail it again before I picked it up. Well, I went back and the only thing they did cosmetically was take the sales sticker off of the windshield. Even the food was still there..

One week later, I was sitting in the passenger seat and realized the heater was blowing cold air on that side. I also noticed the steering column started making a grinding noise. The reverse camera and warning system started to malfunction as well and it didn't beep at me at all when I tested it by reversing it toward my husband. It only beeped once when it was mere inches from him. I was already very nervous driving the suv after my near accident.

All these new issues have really made me question the certification process as well as the quality of the car I bought. I was called by both the saleperson and the GM and told they just want to make sure I'm happy with my purchase and rectify the situation. They told me I could trade this vehicle that has spent more time in the shop than w me. Well, they are singing a completely different tune now. They are only willing to give me a partial trade in value. They are trying to take 5.5k off the sticker price. Keep in kind this vehicle was purchased about 2 weeks ago and I've had a loaner 6 days this time. It's clearly a faulty car and they clearly know it. They are saying that things start breaking down after 24k miles. Great! That speaks volumes for your car quality! I can't wait to see what other fun I get to endure w this lemon and this shady dealership.

I am a single mother of 2. Never a good feeling going in a mostly male dealership. I just wanted to let someone know that I was treated with only respect. My sales man from the very start of the sale explained exactly how the sale would go and what to expect as far as time. Very helpful, very mindful of my childrens attention span!

This was the 3rd vehicle I purchased from Fiesta Lincoln. Everyone was great from start to finish. They listened to what I wanted in my new car and was very easy to deal with. I highly recommend Fiesta Lincoln to anyone looking for a great deal and wonderful people to work with. I will be back again.

The team was excellent! I drove in from Wickenburg just to purchase my vehicle. When I arrived , the paperwork and the car were processed in a very timely manner. This car purchase experience exceeded my expectation!
