I went that place to have him replace the turbine revolution sensor since I heard he’s charging a reasonable cost although he is slow. Initially, i was told by service guy it would be around $250 (part $150, labor $100). But, ending up paying a little more than a Nissan dealer asked, $550 !
“... exceeds dealer level with half the labor cost.” ?? –GIVE ME A BREAK
It was a big mistake to go there.

This place took 5 1/2 hours to get *one* taillight bulb replaced. The mechanic must have thought that I don't speak Korean (I'm white), because he kept pushing behind the work on my car for his friends while saying "No problem, that guy can wait." in Korean. I made an appointment at 9 am, and I got out of there around 3 pm. He actually had the galls to tell me he's going out for lunch after not working on my taillight for 3 hours.

This is easily the worst service I've ever experienced in my life in any industry, and that includes the California DMV and IRS.

No need to further waste your time and money at dealerships or untrustful mechanics. Five Star Import provide exceptional service that exceeds dealer level with half the labor cost. Very well experienced mechanic/owner and honest. Don't be frustrated and throw away your money. Get quality OEM parts and top service at this one stop auto repair shop. I was referred by my friends and found this great repair shop. Will never pay high prices again at the dealerships or worry about some unqualified mechanic touching my car.
