EXCELLENT COMPANY. It was a pleasure doing business with them. We had the misfortune of having our old system fail. Called several solar companies. Some had the adacity to ask to be paid for a service call just to come out and give me an estimate. One company did send out someone who barely spoke english. He gave me a song and dance about this hugh rebate that I would get but had to have the company send me a proposal. When I INSISTED that the proposal include confirmation of what the rebate would be I never heard back from them (thank goodness)I then called General Solar. They were very friendly and came out quickly to look at our problem. They then gave me a quote on the spot that was over a third left of what the other companys stooge quoted. General Solar explained everything in detail and further explained that SRP had to calculate the rebate based on our past power useage and the information on General Solars proposal.Everything went as explained and I got rebate.
