My recommendation would be to bypass this jeweler completely. Don't waste your valuable time or money. Their customer service AFTER the sale is diplorable to say the least. I would not have even given them a 1-star if I could have gotten away with it. This story is a long one so.....long story short, they DID NOT call back when they said they would and then when I stopped by the store, one sales rep tried to blame the other sales rep that it was their error in not doing what they said they would do. I asked them for the 3rd time to order my sizer and as of todays date 4/23/13, 5 months after the original purchase........I have yet to get a phone call about the sizer. My thoughts are.....3 strikes.....your out. I do not want to have them come up with another story or to go blaiming someone else for their lack of customer service. So, every opportunity I can get, I will be relaying this experience on to others to BEWARE!!! There are worthy jewelers out there but Gordan's is definitely not one of them.
