I bought a couch in November 2012. I negotiated the price with included the Warranty. I paid for the item and setup delivery for the next day. I was assured they delivery guys would have all of the warranty (Montage) paperwork. The next day came and the furniture was delivered. A few of the walls were marked up on the process, but not a huge deal as it was going upstairs. The delivery guys did not have the warranty paperwork as I was told they would. I called the store and was told they would send the paperwork out in the mail, BUT this never happened. I called several times trying to get this paperwork but did not receive a call back most of the time. When I did receive a call back I was told it would be sent out again. That never happened. In April 2013 the couch pillows started to come apart at the seams. I called the store and again inquired about the warranty information. i was now told the manufacturer needed to replace the pillows. I sent them an email with pictured of the faulty pillow seams. I was finally told they would make the pillows and it would be 4-6 weeks until they would be at the store. I was further advised to bring my invoice and they would do a second invoice due to the warranty paperwork never getting placed. FINALLY the truth. They said it was easier to write a new invoice and start the warranty from April rather than explain to the warranty company that they failed to send it it. Why would I care either way as long as I got the warranty information that I paid for, OVER FIVE MONTHS BEFORE. I was told they would call when the new pillows came in but it was going to be 4-6 weeks. Today is Sept. 3, 2013. Almost a year after I bought the couch. I have no warranty paperwork. I have no new pillows. BUYER BEWARE! I wish someone would have told me about this company before I bought there. Use a reputable furniture company and save yourself time, money and stress. I will update if this ever gets resolved. I'm not keeping my fingers crossed. Next stop BBB complaint.
